A new opportunity for affordable housing in Summit County is almost complete. All units at Solarado, Silverthorne's new eight-unit development, are to be complete by mid-December. The complex is located behind Office Max in the Ptarmigan Trail Estates subdivision bordering Silverthorne and Dillon.
